Scientific name: Hibiscus sabdariffa

A great shrub variety rich in vitamin C, Rosella is ideal for jam making or tea. The fleshy red fruit can also be eaten fresh and the young leaves can be consumed raw or cooked. Requires 5 months frost-free to produce fruit which can then be harvested 2-3 weeks after flowering.
